Gaines, County of Orleans and the State of New York were held at the Gaines
Town Hall, 14087 Ridge Road, Gaines, New York on the 28th day of December
2011.

Resolved that the budget transfers are approved as presented by the
clerk.
GAINES
Gaines, NY December 28, 2011
Councilperson Kast asked for a
status update on the proposed zoning changes and the master plan update. He
also stated that he didn’t feel that large development was being addressed in
enough detail. The board agreed to add more detail and pass the changes in the
next 30 days to lift the moratorium that is currently in place.
Councilperson Oakley stated that she sincerely hoped that
the moratorium would be lifted in the next 30 days so spring development could
go forward.

APPROVAL FOR SUPERVISOR TO SIGN AMENDED
INTERMUNICIPAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF MURRAY REGARDING WD#9
On a motion
of Councilperson Kast, seconded by Councilperson Kirby the following resolution was

A letter was
presented to the board from Mike Grabowski asking that he does not want to be
considered for re - appointment for the planning board when his term
expires on December 31, 2011.
Attorney
Heath gave brief explanation regarding his invoice for the 2011 year that was
presented for payment.
Attorney
Heath paid tribute to Supervisor Lattin for his outstanding service to the Town
of Gaines over the past 32 years.
Bill thanked
Doug, Dave, Jim, Lorraine, Sue, Ron, Jean, and the planning and zoning board
for their service and assistance to make his job easier.
Councilman Kast thanked Bill and Lorraine for their service
to the board.
With no further business, on a motion from Councilperson Oakley,
seconded by Councilperson Smith the following resolution was the December 28, 2011 board meeting was
adjourned at 4:32PM.
